You stop scrubbing orange rings that won’t come off. You stop worrying about that rotten egg smell when someone uses the sink. You stop replacing water heaters every five years instead of ten.
Your appliances last longer because they’re not fighting mineral buildup every day. Your clothes come out of the wash actually clean. You can offer a guest a glass of water without that split-second hesitation.
The difference isn’t just cosmetic. Untreated well water in Avenues can carry bacteria that make people sick, iron that stains everything it touches, and hydrogen sulfide that smells like sulfur. A whole-house well water filtration system handles all three at the source—before the water reaches your faucets, your shower, or your washing machine.
We have an A+ Better Business Bureau rating, a 5-star review average, and zero complaints on record. We’re members of the National Water Quality Association, and we’ve been installing water treatment systems across Central Florida since before most of our competitors existed.
We don’t sell plumbing services or water heaters. We focus on one thing: making your water safe, clean, and usable. Every system we install in Avenues starts with a free water analysis, because Florida’s limestone geology creates specific problems that need specific answers.
We also offer a $500 discount for military members and first responders, and we’re proud supporters of the Tunnels to Towers Foundation.
We start with a free water test at your home in Avenues. That tells us what’s actually in your water—not what we think might be there. Iron, sulfur, bacteria, hardness, pH—we measure it all.
From there, we design a system that fits your water and your household. If you’ve got high iron, we might use air injection oxidation to convert dissolved iron into particles that get filtered out. If hydrogen sulfide is the issue, hydrogen peroxide injection can neutralize it before it reaches your taps. For bacteria, we use disinfection methods that kill contaminants without adding harsh chemicals to your drinking water.
Once the system’s designed, we install it and walk you through how it works. You’ll know when filters need changing, how to read the system, and who to call if something seems off. Most installs in Avenues take a day, and you’ll notice the difference immediately.

A whole-house well water filtration system treats every drop of water that enters your home. That means your kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and outdoor hose all get the same clean water.
In Avenues, most well water systems we install include iron removal to stop the orange staining, hydrogen sulfide treatment to eliminate sulfur smells, and bacteria disinfection to protect your family’s health. Depending on your water test, we might also add a softener to handle hardness or a pH adjustment system to prevent corrosion.
These aren’t off-the-shelf units. We size the tanks, select the media, and program the controls based on your specific water chemistry and daily usage. A family of two doesn’t need the same setup as a family of six. Florida’s aquifer composition means your neighbor’s water might test completely different from yours, even a few houses down.
You also get ongoing service. We handle maintenance, filter changes, and any adjustments the system needs over time. If something stops working right, you’re not calling a national company’s 1-800 number—you’re calling us.
If your water smells like rotten eggs, leaves orange or red stains, or makes your skin feel filmy after a shower, you need treatment. Those are the most obvious signs.
But some problems don’t announce themselves. Bacteria can be present without any smell or discoloration. The Florida Department of Health recommends testing well water annually for coliform bacteria and nitrates, and every three years for lead. If you haven’t tested your water in the last year, that’s your starting point.
Most Avenues homes with well water deal with at least one of the big three: iron, sulfur, or bacteria. It’s not a question of if you’ll eventually need a system—it’s when. Waiting just means more damage to your appliances and more money spent replacing things that shouldn’t have failed yet.
Air injection oxidation works by forcing oxygen into your water, which converts dissolved iron and manganese into solid particles. Those particles get trapped in a filter, and clean water moves through. It’s effective for moderate iron levels and doesn’t require chemicals.
Hydrogen peroxide injection adds a small amount of peroxide to the water, which oxidizes iron and neutralizes hydrogen sulfide. It’s stronger than air injection and works better for high iron or when you’ve got sulfur bacteria creating that rotten egg smell. The peroxide breaks down into water and oxygen, so there’s no chemical residue.
Which one you need depends on your water test results. If your iron levels are below 10 ppm and you don’t have sulfur issues, air injection usually does the job. Above that, or if bacteria are involved, hydrogen peroxide is the better option. We’ll tell you exactly which system fits your water after we test it.
Most systems we install in Avenues run between $3,000 and $8,000, depending on what your water needs. A basic iron removal setup costs less than a multi-stage system that handles iron, sulfur, bacteria, and hardness.
That sounds like a lot until you factor in what untreated water costs you. The average family with untreated well water spends $3,000 to $5,000 more on appliance repairs and replacements. Water heaters last half as long. Washing machines break down faster. Faucets and fixtures corrode.
We offer financing, and military members and first responders get a $500 discount. We also give you options during the consultation—if budget’s tight, we’ll show you what a phased approach looks like. You can start with the most critical issue and add on later. The goal is to get you clean water without putting you in a financial bind.
Yes, but only if the system’s designed to do that. Not all filtration systems disinfect. You need a method that actively kills bacteria—usually UV light, chlorine injection, or hydrogen peroxide injection.
UV systems use ultraviolet light to destroy bacteria and viruses as water passes through. They’re chemical-free and effective, but they require clear water to work right. If your water has high iron or sediment, you’ll need to filter those out first.
Chlorine and hydrogen peroxide injection both disinfect by oxidizing contaminants. Chlorine is more common in municipal systems, but it can leave a taste and smell. Hydrogen peroxide breaks down completely, so there’s no aftertaste. For Avenues well water with bacteria and sulfur issues, peroxide injection usually makes the most sense. We test your water, confirm what’s in it, and design the disinfection method around that.
Most systems need a filter change or media replacement once a year. Some components last longer—carbon filters might go 6 months, while the mineral tank media can last 5 to 7 years depending on your water quality and usage.
We set up a maintenance schedule based on your specific system. You’ll know when things need attention, and we handle the service. It’s not complicated, but it’s also not something you want to skip. A system that doesn’t get maintained stops working as well, and eventually stops working at all.
The cost of maintenance is minimal compared to what you’d spend without the system. An annual service visit runs a few hundred dollars. Compare that to replacing a water heater for $1,500 or a washing machine for $800, and the math is pretty clear. You’re protecting a much bigger investment by keeping the filtration system running right.
